Had a wonderful time last night at Berean Baptist Church as we observed the Lord's Supper. I am so grateful for the sacrifice that the Lord made for me and I am ashamed that my sin caused so much suffering. I am thankful for the local church, the Word of God, and the privilege we have to celebrate this memorial. I am praying that it was a blessing to our church members and that their walks with the Lord are strengthened by it....
Today I am especially thankful for all of the people that come out on Saturdays to serve the Lord and their community. I am encouraged by the number of people who come out for our bus ministry outreach, Saturation Saturdays, and soul-winning. Another thing that we have been doing is serving down at the Tacoma Rescue mission. Fifteen people at a time sign up to go down and prep food, serve, organize, clean, and do whatever they can to help.
