Blessed

I was thinking this morning about how blessed I really am.  I have a loving Savior who saved me and gave me a home and heaven and a life to live down here that has purpose and meaning.  I have a wonderful comforter in the Holy Spirit who convicts me of my sin and guides me in my everyday decisions.  I have a wonderful, beautiful family…a loving, Godly, patient wife who is the best mom and wife I could ever hope for.  Three beautiful kids who are walking with the Lord and still love their parents.  An awesome church and church family who follow me as I follow Christ and who love me and my family…and the list goes on and on and on.  When we count our blessings and hold them next to the things that are “going wrong” in life, there is just no comparison.  Count your many blessings…name them one by one…count your many blessings see what God has done.
